Brid Hutchinson has been a proud member of Bankwest for over 39 years, building an extraordinary career that spans a wide range of roles—from branch teller and lender to operational services, event coordination, and her current position in People and Engagement. Throughout her journey, Brid has been a trusted face of Bankwest, working closely with colleagues, customers, and the community.

Brid's unwavering passion for people and her genuine care have been recognized many times over the years. She is a champion for inclusion, ensuring Bankwest is a place where everyone can bring their whole selves to work. Brid leads cultural celebrations such as Diwali and Lunar New Year, fostering a workplace that is vibrant, inclusive, and fun.

Her influence on Bankwest's culture is profound. Brid drives monthly People and Culture initiatives across the organization and leads the 16 Days in WA Campaign, raising awareness and education around family and domestic violence—a cause close to her heart. She believes every man, woman, and child deserves to live in an environment where they feel safe and secure.

Brid is also deeply committed to volunteering and community impact. She spearheads the annual Can4Cancer Walk in WA, raising awareness and vital funds for cancer research. Her care and commitment have made her a respected and admired leader within Bankwest and the wider community.
